Mentorship Circles

The Mentorship Circles session is designed as a structured peer-to-peer mentorship model to connect participants with experienced entrepreneurs who provide practical advice, share success stories, and offer guidance on overcoming challenges. This session aligns with youth & future skills and entrepreneurship and good, giving volunteers insights into purposeful initiatives that create community impact. The session will be conducted in three regions: one in the south (Ma’an), two in the center (one in عمان/ Amman and one in the Jordan Valley), and one in the north (إربد/ Irbid) with each group consisting of maximum 25 volunteers. Both mentors and mentees will be Nahno volunteers from the platform, creating a strong peer-to-peer learning environment. This setup will also provide a space for volunteers to network, share experiences, and explore new opportunities for personal and professional growth.
