"PROBLEM//SOLVED" is an intensive one-day design thinking sprint that guides aspiring entrepreneurs through the process of validating problems, understanding users, and developing market-fit solutions. Unlike traditional workshops that focus solely on learning, this talent discovery format is specifically designed to identify promising entrepreneurs for the first cohort of the Ventures Studio while delivering immediate value to all participants.
 The workshop transforms abstract startup ideas into well-defined problem statements with validated user needs and clear market opportunities. By the end of the day, participants will have a structured roadmap for their venture, and you'll have identified your top candidates for the Ventures Studio.
 
 Workshop structure:
 Pre-Workshop: Talent Filtering (1 week before)
 - Application Form: Collect basic information about participants' startup ideas, focusing on the problem they're trying to solve
 - Selection Process: Choose 30 participants with the most promising problem statements and diverse industry focus
 - Pre-Work Assignment: Selected participants complete a simple "Problem Canvas" to arrive prepared
