SHEro

The SHERO Conference is DART and QRCE’s flagship women-focused event. The name “SHERO” is derived from “hero,” transformed to highlight the extraordinary contributions of women leaders and changemakers. The conference celebrates and amplifies the voices of Jordanian women who are breaking barriers, driving innovation, and creating impact across sectors.
The conference provides a platform for dialogue, learning, and inspiration through keynote speeches,
panel discussions, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities. It highlights success stories
of women in leadership and equips young women with the tools, skills, and motivation to step into
their own journeys of change.

Since its launch, SHERO has become a platform to:

● Showcase inspiring success stories of female leaders.
● Provide young women with skills, mentorship, and opportunities.
● Build stronger networks between academia, business, and community.
● Empower the next generation of SHEROs in Jordan.

This year’s edition will spotlight women in leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation, with a strong focus on skills-building workshops, real success stories, and interactive sessions.

Objectives:

1. Celebrate and highlight successful Jordanian female leaders.
2. Inspire young women to pursue leadership, entrepreneurship, and impactful careers.
3. Equip participants with practical skills (digital skills, public speaking, financial literacy, advocacy).
4. Create intergenerational connections between established leaders and emerging talent.
5. Build a sustainable movement of empowered women leaders in Jordan.
