Entrepreneur Experience Days 2025

This autumn marks the eighth edition of the Entrepreneur Experience Days, set to take place from November 10th to 14th. The event aims to foster knowledge exchange and collaboration among entrepreneurs, providing an opportunity to form new business connections, gain ideas, and share experiences that help find valuable solutions in changing circumstances. This year, special attention is given to university involvement, allowing entrepreneurs to meet potential future specialists while students gain insights into company operations. News updates and registration for participation are available at www.pieredzesdienas.lv.

The Entrepreneur Experience Days platform has thus far facilitated experience exchange among nearly 1,000 companies throughout Latvia, with last year alone gathering over 300 company representatives in 24 Experience Exchange sessions. Companies are encouraged to organize visits, discussions, tours, or other format events within their enterprises under the section "Experience Givers," offering other businesses the chance to visit them and expand their network while developing new ideas. Those interested in participating can apply under the section "Experience Takers."

"Sharing experiences creates an environment where ideas grow and develop faster. By revealing both successes and challenges, we help others save time and resources while collectively fostering business environment development. We are convinced that collaboration leads to new solutions and opportunities that promote growth for both companies and industries as a whole. Therefore, for the eighth consecutive year, we are organizing this initiative, inviting companies to open their doors for experience and knowledge sharing," says Jevgenijs Ivanovs, Head of Swedbank Business Management and Board Member.

The Entrepreneur Experience Days are organized by Swedbank in collaboration with the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LTRK), Latvian Employers' Confederation (LDDK), and the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week. This year’s informational partners include the University of Latvia and Riga Technical University.
