In keeping with tradition, the Entrepreneur Experience Days will take place this year too, from 11 to 15 November. Over five days, a series of events will bring together large, medium and small businesses, as well as start-ups, government institutions, educators and representatives of non-governmental organizations. The aim of the event is to promote knowledge exchange and cooperation among entrepreneurs, offering the opportunity to acquire new business contacts and ideas, useful tips for opening and developing a business and to share experience stories, gaining valuable insights and solutions in an ever-changing environment. Registration for the event is already open at www.pieredzesdienas.lv.

The Entrepreneur Experience Days platform www.pieredzesdienas.lv, which has so far gathered and facilitated the exchange of experience among more than 600 companies across Latvia, provides each participant with the opportunity to arrange visits, discussions and other events at their company, and offers the opportunity to visit other companies, expanding the circle of contacts and developing new ideas. Those that have already registered their Experience Day and are also open for visits include Balticovo, Visma Labs, Swedbank and the Draugiem Group company DeskTime. If interested, you can sign up for experience exchange in the section Pieredzes ņēmējiem (For Experience Takers).

The Entrepreneur Experience Days are organized by Swedbank in collaboration with the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LTRK), Latvian Employers Confederation (LDDK) and the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) as part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week.

Experience is the most valuable asset for any entrepreneur and a prerequisite for successful further growth, which is why for the seventh year we organise the Entrepreneur Experience Days. It is the positive feedback from entrepreneurs and other participants of the experience days and the benefits they note that are the reason for continuing the initiative this year as well to support every entrepreneur in new collaborations and solutions for business growth. It is the courage to be open about one's successes and failures and to hear about them from others that can serve as a wonderful encouragement and assurance of further achievements,” says Jevgenijs Ivanovs, Head of Corporate Customer Division and Board Member at Swedbank.

"I urge all entrepreneurs not only to take pride in what they have achieved, but also to actively share their ideas and experiences. Such openness not only expands opportunities for cooperation, but also unlocks new ideas for business development. Latvia's business environment is rich with innovative and entrepreneurial people, and often we just need to dare to share our story. The LTRK is pleased to continue to support and organise initiatives that promote this mutual exchange of experience, because only by working together will we be able to build a stronger and more competitive economy!" underlines Jānis Endziņš, Chairman of the Board of the LTRK.

"The LDDK’s experience shows that large companies are open to sharing their knowledge and growth stories. Mutual exchange of experience benefits not only both parties, but also the country's economy and its growth potential as a whole. That is why it is valuable that this platform, created with Swedbank's initiative, has been in operation for the seventh year now, which I invite both the LDDK members and all companies in Latvia to make use of," says Kaspars Gorkšs, Director General of the LDDK.

"Participating in the Entrepreneur Experience Days allows you to get practical advice and inspiration for new initiatives or innovations. The positive experience of other companies will help to avoid mistakes and implement the planned changes more effectively, so we encourage entrepreneurs to take this opportunity to boost their productivity by adopting good practices from other companies, explains Raivis Bremšmits, the Director of the LIAA.
