The pilot connects MDSF Tech Academy and Tech Pour Tous alumni with small businesses needing websites, catalogues, content, business trackers or other verified digital services. The Tech Academy and MSME programme jointly assess needs and match selected businesses with suitable alumni and mentors. Scoped assignments follow the launch, subject to readiness, agreed contributions or waivers and confirmed funding.
