When Plans Change | 5th EcoSwitch Festival Copy

In entrepreneurship, plans rarely unfold exactly as expected. Markets evolve, resources become scarce, unexpected challenges emerge, and entrepreneurs must continuously adapt to move forward.

Join "When Plans Change," an interactive thematic corner at the 5th EcoSwitch Festival, exploring adaptability, resilience, and strategic decision-making in the entrepreneurial journey.

Bringing together expertise in organizational development, sustainability, and real-world green entrepreneurship, this discussion will offer perspectives on navigating uncertainty, responding to changing circumstances, and identifying opportunities when original plans need to evolve.
