23 Sept 2019 - GEN Malaysia in cooperation with WiEF in the implementation of the WiEF Young Fellows 2019 programme on the 11- 14 November in Penang, Malaysia with the theme of “Embracing the Future of Smart Tourism”.
In this joint event, GEN Malaysia will be providing their best young entrepreneur from Malaysia to participate in the week-long leadership empowerment programme. This global network programme allows young pioneers and change-makers from over 50 countries to connect in promoting cross-border business opportunities and social projects.
WiEF Young Fellows 2019 also grant young leaders to explore ways of developing seed ideas into a full-grown project and get the opportunity to be inspired by other fellow young leaders and CEOs from all over the world.
WiEF Foundation is a not-for-profit organising body that has enhance not only the economic well-being of Muslim nations, but also business communities globally by increasing their trade opportunities. Throughout the years since 2006, WiEF has various of initiatives under the WiEF Businesswomen Network (WBN), WiEF Education Trust (WET), WiEF Roundtable (WRT) and WiEF Young Leaders Network (WYN) series that has provide platforms for networking and fostering strategies alliances through the exchange of ideas and knowledge among Muslim and non-Muslim businesspeople. To date, WiEF has successfully organised 13 WiEFs in nine cities and seven countries.
For future endeavor, GEN Malaysia and WiEF will create more programmes and collaborations for the development of young entrepreneurs worldwide.
