FinSpark: Igniting Ideas, Empowering Teams
The FinSpark event, held on Wednesday 20 August 2025, was an internal engagement and innovation session designed to strengthen cross-departmental collaboration, inspire creativity, and align teams around FinClub’s strategic objectives for 2025–26.
The session featured a mix of interactive and knowledge-sharing activities, beginning with a networking breakfast and a keynote address by the CEO, highlighting FinClub’s growth journey, key milestones, and future innovation roadmap. Participants were divided into five cross-functional teams to encourage interdepartmental exchange and collective learning.
Highlights included the FinQ Fire Round, a fast-paced team quiz promoting product knowledge; Module Sparks, where internal Product Champions delivered short presentations on flagship systems and tools; and SparkExchange, a segment for teams to share impactful ideas, recognize peers, and propose process improvements.
The event concluded with a wrap-up message, announcement of the next FinSpark theme, and a group photo session, capturing the spirit of teamwork and continuous innovation that drives FinClub forward.
