Mentorship Sessions within INTECMED Program

AASTEC is giving some mentorship one-to-one sessions for 10 startups on INTECMED by delivering a tailored mentoring program in order to enable them to develop their business plans. The team lead will regularly coordinate with the assigned tutors regarding the implementation of services in a continuous and personalized way, determining their needs, their objectives, the achievements obtained and the achievement of KPIs, adapting the necessary training according to each project to establish a solid business plan.
