The GEN Namibia team had a meet up with different departments of the International University of Management (IUM) of Namibia. The GEN team presented GEN Global and GEN Namibia to the Dean of Entrepreneurship and her colleagues. Conclusively it was agreed that the two institutions will work together in promoting a culture of entrepreneurship with the IUM students. The upcoming GEW will be one of such events. However, there are other events planned during the year by the university, where it wants GEN to be part of the activities.
Entrepreneurship was made compulsury in all courses until the third year of study. Whereafter, the student decides what the direction would be to follow according interest and ability.
This partnership is an exciting adventure for GEN Namibia since it will inspire more Namibians to find their potential in entrepreneurship.GEN Namibia has inspired and informed audiences around Namibia, keynoting at conferences, facilitating impactful experiences, generating innovation and supporting entrepreneurship using her experience, insight and fresh thinking tools and is looking forward to support IUM students..
