The Zizza Makazi project with its aim to support green energy, has learned that there are many more ills in communities than being excluded from the green energy life we all need in Namibia. Therefore, it has embarked together with GEN Namibia and some of the supporters on having monthly session where we strengthen the negotiation skills of interested parties to develop their negotiation tactics.

This month we are focusing on managing fear, encourage courage, and bolden the strength and work towards a positive outcome on your negotiations. Negotiations is not easy and therefore learning how to present your ask is important to reach your goal.
