AIM: TO ENCOURAGE COLLABORATION, INNOVATION, AND GROWTH

To help students gain an understanding of the following: 

i. Core Values: One of the first entrepreneurial moments occurs when students recognise the importance of their core values in guiding their decisions in life. The interactive session with participants enabled them to learn how to identify and articulate their values, which serve as a foundation for building sustainable and innovative skills. The realisation will help align their strategies with what they genuinely believe in, leading to more collaboration, innovation and growth. 

ii. Identifying Roadblocks: Another critical moment is when students learn to identify specific roadblocks that hinder their progress. The symposium emphasised these obstacles, such as laziness, time management issues, and interpersonal conflicts, and developed strategies to overcome them. This step is crucial as it empowers entrepreneurs to take control of their circumstances rather than feeling overwhelmed by challenges.

 
iii. Leveraging Relationships: Building and leveraging relationships is another key entrepreneurial moment highlighted in the training. Participants learn that networking and forming strategic partnerships can open doors to new opportunities and resources. This understanding shifts the perspective from viewing relationships merely as transactional to seeing them as vital components of long-term success.

iv. Implementing SMART Goals: The introduction of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals is often a transformative moment for the participants. Learning how to set clear objectives allows them to track progress effectively and stay motivated throughout their entrepreneurial journey.

v. Implementing SWOT analysis: The introduction of SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) is often one of the diagnostic tools for many entrepreneurs. Learning how to analyse your business environment with the help of a SWOT analysis can help make more realistic strategic decisions.
