Progress & Possibility: The Future of Entrepreneurship in Iraq and Kurdistan

This one-day forum brings together the full entrepreneurship value chain: government and regulators, private-sector leaders, universities, incubators and accelerators, investors, and founders for a frank, solutions-focused dialogue. It is a working session: we will assess the current state, identify the most urgent gaps, and translate them into practical next steps that stakeholders can realistically pursue within their mandates. The day concludes with a concise, non-binding Action Plan Note (Recommendations) that organizes insights into suggested actions, indicative time horizons, and suggested owners, providing a credible reference to align expectations and guide follow-up across institutions.
