Conflict and Collaboration in Entrepreneurship

This international webinar will be hosted by The Edward de Bono Institute, University of Malta, in collaboration with SIG Entrepreneurship @ EURAM and the R.E.Pr.I.S.E. Network as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2025 : 'Together We Build'.

It will begin with a presentation by Dr Christian Wimmer on his study titled “EnJOY Conflict: How Emotions Affect Co-Founders’ Team Satisfaction and Exit Intentions”, which won this year's EURAM Entrepreneurship SIG Best Paper Award. 

Prof. Leonie Baldacchino will then moderate a panel discussion with entrepreneurs Alexandra Sciberras, Kevin Attard and Daniel Damke Chiang, along with EURAM track co-chair Prof. Sara Sassetti, who will share their views and experiences related to the topic.
