Customized entrepreneurship workshop session one

To foster economic resilience and entrepreneurial growth within the pastoralist community, a two-day intensive training was successfully conducted for entrepreneurs and SMEs in Key Afer Town, Bena Tsemay Woreda. The program was specifically designed to empower local stakeholders, with a focus on youth, startups, and women entrepreneurs. The training provided practical knowledge and essential business skills, equipping participants with the tools to transform their ideas into sustainable ventures and enhance their existing enterprises. By focusing on this dynamic mix of participants, the initiative aimed to stimulate local economic development and create a more diversified and robust business ecosystem in the Woreda. The training engaged a total of 50 participants, comprising 19 men and 31 women.
