The Post-AI Founder: Mindful Leadership Profiling And Team Strategy
Leading an early-stage venture requires more than quick decisions—it requires clear self-awareness and strong leadership. Hosted by artwhich®, an approved National Partner of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2026, this executive workshop uses published academic research on mindfulness and leadership to help startup founders guide their companies through market change.
Led by May Ho, Founder of artwhich®, this session helps you define your unique leadership style. You will take the live artwhich® Mindful Leadership Compass Quiz (Beta V1) to identify your strengths, such as strategic focus, ethical judgment, and team resilience, which AI cannot replace, helping you pitch your leadership value to investors and build a strong startup culture.

Speaker Bio:
May Ho is a London-based executive coach, educator, and Founder of artwhich®. With 14+ years of management and leadership across SaaS, tech advisory, higher education, and sustainability, May helps early-stage founders and executive teams define their strategies, navigate market changes, and build resilient ventures.
May's work in startup ecosystems includes supporting early-stage ventures within the incubator at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) and coaching founders through StartEd.com. With over 1,000 hours of executive coaching experience, she previously served as Undergraduate Deputy Course Director and Lecturer in Business and Management at Coventry University London and as an Executive Coach for CMI Leadership Programs at SERC.
May holds Master's degrees from Oxford, Cambridge, and UCL, and a BA (Hons) from Central Saint Martins, UAL. May is a Chartered Manager Fellow, Advance HE Fellow (FHEA), AgilePM® Practitioner, and PRINCE2® Practitioner. She is also an active sustainability researcher, published author, and official IAATO Antarctic Ambassador.
