ESA × HAQQ AI | MoU Signing Ceremony

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2026, ESA Business School will officially sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with HAQQ AI, a Lebanese-founded LegalTech company transforming access to legal services through artificial intelligence.

Having raised $3 million in seed funding and expanded its partnerships across the Middle East, HAQQ AI is developing solutions that simplify legal research, contract drafting, document review, and legal workflows for professionals, businesses, and institutions.

This strategic partnership aims to foster AI-driven legal innovation across ESA Business School, extending beyond SmartESA to engage academic departments, administrative teams, students, entrepreneurs, and startups.

The collaboration will explore opportunities in legal technology access, capacity building, institutional efficiency, entrepreneurship support, and practical AI applications.

The ceremony will mark the official launch of this institutional collaboration and celebrate HAQQ AI's growing engagement with ESA's entrepreneurial ecosystem, including its upcoming integration into the BLC.
