Fundació Privada per a la Promoció de l'Autoocupació de Catalunya is a private non-profit organization whose mission is to promote self-employment as an attractive alternative for the exercise of vocations and the professional development of people and to provide them with access to resources necessary to create and consolidate your business. Autoocupació provides orientation, advisory, training, financing, intermediation and support services to entrepreneurs through its offices in Barcelona, Girona, Lleida and Tarragona and in collaboration with national and international public and private institutions. Since 1986, Autoocupació has supported the creation of 4,136 new companies and 9,682 new jobs.
