"My name is Peridot Webster from the Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago. In 2022, Johanna Cloete, Managing Director GEN Namibia, became my business mentor during the international leg of the Entrepreneurship World Cup. Differences in time and culture made our interactions insightful and provided the push needed to go forward. One of her major strengths is encouraging her mentees to have balance as an entrepreneur.
