- Track the progress of the budget: Once you have set KPIs, you need to track the progress of the budget on a regular basis. This will help you to identify any areas where the budget is not performing as expected and make adjustments as needed.
Magbanua concluded the webinar by saying that performance metrics and KPIs are essential tools for effective budgeting. He encouraged the participants to use performance metrics and KPIs to track the progress of their budgets and to ensure that they are on track to achieve their goals.
