Provision of group business development services for young entrepreneurs

Business development services are handholding services provided to young entrepreneurs to help them sustain their businesses. Group coaching will be provided on certain topics including business model canvas, business plan preparation, marketing, financing and accounting, and operations management. The desired outcome is that all participants will have a very good understanding of the topic at hand and how to apply it to their business.

A total of seven sessions of such training will be held in Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Mekelle, Debre Markos, Lagatafo, Dukem, and Hawassa. More than 250 young entrepreneurs are expected to benefit from the group coaching supports.
