As your business grows, it can be a challenge to find the time to prioritise. Join the team from Skills Development Scotland and Renfrewshire Council’s “Invest in Renfrewshire”to learn how bringing young people into your business could help it grow.
This workshop will introduce a Skills For Growth review that can help you plan for the future, from succession planning, to nurturing future talent. It will look at how to access financial support for Graduate Interns and Modern Apprenticeships –not just about traditional trade apprenticeships, over 80 skills areas are covered, from Accountancy and Digital Media, through to Youth Work.
