Winners of the Entrepreneurship World Cup announced
Offering online translation services, Ollang came in first, while
Hergele Mobility, which offers a turnkey business model in the
scooter and e-mobility areas, came in second. The Entrepreneurial
Woman Special Award was also awarded to Lal Polater from
Hergele Mobility. Ollang and Hergele Mobility will now compete to
win the $10 million in-kind service award in the global
competition.

The results of the Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC) Turkey pillar of the Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC), organized in partnership with the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) and Monsha'at, have been announced. The final jury of the competition organized for the 4th time this year included Nevzat Aydın, the Chairman of GEN Turkey; Hande Çilingir, Vice President of the Board of Directors of GEN Turkey and Founding Partner & CEO of Insider, Başak Karaca, GEN Member of the Board of Coca-Cola Turkey; Alpagut Çilingir, Google Turkey Director of Retail, Game and Start-Up Sectors; Gökçe Kabatepe, Member of the Board of Directors of GEN Turkey and Raiffeisen Country Manager; and Tal Garih, Member of the Board of GEN Turkey and Director of Digital Transformation and Innovation at Alarko Holding. While Ollang, which brings together professional translators with those looking for online translation services, won the first place, Hergele Mobility, which offers a turnkey business model in the scooter and e-mobility areas won the second place. In addition, the “Entrepreneurial Woman Special Award” was also awarded to Lal Polater from Hergele Mobility. In the competition where Coca Cola, Google and Trendyol provided financial sponsorship support to national finalists, and Kavlak, Kolektif House and Meta are amongst the in-kind sponsors, Ollang won the cash prize of TRY 300,000 as well as the legal counselling and right to participate in Global Accelerator Program, Hergele Mobility, which came in the second, won the free membership of Kolektif House for a year as well as legal counselling and right to participate in the Global Accelerator Program. Lal Polater from Hergele Mobility, who also received the Entrepreneurial Woman Special Award, also received a cash prize of 150,000 TL. Ollang and Scoundrel Mobility will now compete to win the in-kind service award worth $10 million and the financial prize worth $1 million on a global scale.
