Speakers Bios 
Professor Eyad Elyan - Eyad is a renowned researcher in Machine Learning and AI and leads Robert Gordon University’s Interactive Machine Vision research Group. He has pioneered the development of AI-driven solutions across different domains and helped businesses to intelligently transform existing practices. Following his completion of a PhD in 3D modelling and human face recognition at the University of Bradford, he joined Robert Gordon University School of Computing as a lecturer in 2009, in 2020 he was promoted to full Professor in AI. His research is focused on applied computer vision, and machine learning.


Dr Pascal Ezenkwu is a lecturer in Business Analytics at Robert Gordon University, where he leads the School's Business Engagement Team and the Online Distance Graduate Certificate in Energy Data Management with Business Analytics course. Holding a PhD in Engineering from the University of Aberdeen, Pascal specialises in autonomous artificial intelligence and was recognised as a UK Global Talent in AI by the Royal Academy of Engineering in 2022. He has gained practical experience through interdisciplinary and industrial research projects, successfully applying AI in businesses.
