In collaboration with Manchester Metropolitan University, Sustainable Ventures, and Greater Manchester Combined Authority Green City
Care about climate change? Love Manchester? Want to make a real impact?
Join us for the Greater Manchester Student Hackathon: Innovating for a Greener Future — a fast-paced, one-day challenge where creativity, collaboration, and sustainability meet.
As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, this hackathon brings together students from The University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University to develop innovative ideas for a cleaner, greener, and more resilient Manchester.
Whether you’re a problem-solver, designer, or changemaker, this is your chance to collaborate, create impact, and compete for exciting prizes — all while having fun and meeting like-minded innovators.

Location: Generator, Royal Mills, Ancoats
Transport: Coach pickup from Alliance Manchester Business School at 8:30am. Return journey departs Generator at 5:00pm.
