Wear It Again: Sustainable Fashion Show & Thrift Event

Hosted at the University of Salford, the event combines thrift and upcycling activities with alumni panel discussions exploring sustainability in business practice. Students and attendees will engage with businesses, enterprise support organisations and sustainability practitioners, gaining insight into how entrepreneurial thinking and responsible business can contribute to a more circular fashion economy.

The event culminates in a Thrift Fashion Show, showcasing upcycled and repurposed pieces and demonstrating how creativity, collaboration and enterprise can turn pre loved materials into new opportunities.

Delivered in collaboration with Planet 100, GM Business Growth Hub and PRME, Wear It Again demonstrates how universities can connect curriculum, enterprise, sustainability and community engagement to create meaningful real world learning and impact.
