XING: The idea development game

In this team-based business idea development game, you will work in small groups to come up with, and develop a start-up idea that interests you. 

XING is team-based activity designed to develop your commercial awareness, product development, project planning and enterprise skills.  By playing the game you will see how to develop the idea into a specific goal and will map out your plan considering six areas; finance, people, strategy, actions, marketing and risk.

At the end of the session, each team will pitch their business idea to the group.
