Tata Varsity Pitch 2024 Grand Final

The Tata Varsity Pitch Competition is back for another exciting year, celebrating and championing aspiring student and graduate entrepreneurs from across the UK.

At the Grand Final you will see the seven startups competing to win the £15,000 of equity free funding and the coveted national title during Global Entrepreneurship Week, in November 2024. Each finalist will have three minutes to pitch their business and concept to an esteemed judging panel, in order to become the 2024 winner!

It has become one of the UK’s flagship enterprise events as part of GEW UK - celebrating and showcasing the entrepreneurial flair of young businesses for over ten years.

The three-stage competition showcases the breadth and depth of business creativity coming out of UK universities, colleges and further education institutions. In the final stage of the competition seven student and graduate start-ups have the chance to compete for £15,000 of equity free funding to develop their business and win a coveted national title.

In October 2024, the 30 shortlisted applicants will be asked to pitch their ideas online at the virtual semi-finals to a highly regarded panel of judges. The winner of the Online Peoples’ Vote, the applicant who successfully ran the most engaging viral campaign and obtained the highest number of votes, will be joined by each winner of the six Tata Varsity Pitch categories, to progress onto the Bootcamp later in that month.
