I’m currently the CEO & Founder of SihhaTech Startup, a health tech startup that is uberizing the home healthcare sector, using a mobile application, Sihhatech technology is designed to help patients find the most appropriate healthcare providers for Home healthcare services, automatically and instantly, anytime, anywhere.
With SihhaTech, I have achieved remarkable success as a winner and finalist in numerous national and international startup competitions, including Tstart, Stars of Science, Seedstars, MIT, and Startup Challenge, among others. I’m an alumnus of Founder Intitute Accelerator (2023), alumnus as well of the Professional Fellows Program in the USA in 2023, and served as keynote speaker in several events. I’m also a member of several business organizations in Algeria, such as GAAN (Algerian Group of Digital Stakeholders) and CAPC (Algerian Confederation of Citizen Employers). I’m actively contributes to the startup ecosystem by participating in various TV shows and radio programs, where I share my experience on topics such as startups, social entrepreneurship, and the digital transformation of the healthcare sector.

My background is in Automation & Software Engineering, I hold both a Bachelor's degree
in Engineering and a Master's degree. I’m the Founder and 1st President of AEPI New Vision Club, a scientific club in boumerdes university UMBB that supports students in transforming theory into practical projects. As an orphan from a young age, I joined the biggest NGO in Algeria dedicated to supporting orphans, called (Supporter of Orphans).

I started my leadership journey when I was 14 years old, when my father had stomach cancer and passed away. He left behind my mother and four children, including me as the eldest. We were well cared for, and he took care of everything. Suddenly, it was up to my mother and me to manage the family responsibilities.

I graduated from high school and was fortunate to start university, where I was number one in my class. I wanted to make a difference as a leader, so I founded the scientific club "AEPI New Vision" and became its first president. I founded the club to create something meaningful from scratch and experience all the challenges that came with it. Now, the club continues shining and has made a name for itself in the automation and new technology field.

After leading the scientific club, I was inspired by the world of entrepreneurship. I discovered a new passion for developing projects and entities from scratch and creating added value for my community and my country.

Here is another example of my leadership: after my graduation, I started working as a beginner as an automation engineer, and through hard work, I became the leader of the maintenance department at BMS/MONO Electric Company. I had only one condition for my employers: to have some time to participate in incubation and acceleration programs. As an engineer, I was more technical than business-oriented, so to succeed in entrepreneurship, I had to educate myself in business.

After four years as an employee and with intensive training in management, marketing, sales, and HR, I felt ready to launch my first startup, "SIHHATECH", I am the founder and CEO of this startup, and I am proud to use my leadership skills to develop the startup’s processes and lead a team of 7 direct members and more than 200 indirect members as subcontractors.

Sihhatech is uberizing the home healthcare sector. By using our mobile application, Sihhatech technology is designed to help patients find the most appropriate healthcare providers for Home healthcare services, automatically and instantly, anytime, anywhere.

Why the healthcare sector? Because I believe that this sector is an essential factor for a strong society that is enabled to be productive and contribute to the economic prosperity of the country. That is why I created my startup with the aim of engaging Algeria and the region in global competitiveness.

In parallel with the SIHHATECH adventure, I launched my second service, a coaching and development center for healthcare professionals, "AFIND Formation" where we provide learners with a variety of modern medical training courses. We help them acquire new medical skills to better meet the needs of their patients. Around 1,400 healthcare professionals have graduated from our courses to date.

Finally, based on my experiences, I believe that I am the best fit for this Scholarship, as I’ve had experiences in leading a team, influencing people, creating initiatives with high added value, and having a positive impact on my community and country.
