OLAWALE ABIOLA

Olawale Abiola is an entrepreneur and Research Economist for the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria with experience working alongside a team of staff in a highly demanding environment. He received a bachelor of science and a master of science degree in economics from the University of Lagos. Olawale specializes in conducting Desk Research and preparing economic and statistical schedules focusing on macroeconomic variables that affect the manufacturing sector and he is responsible for supervising other employees on internal organizational control/audit. Olawale is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. He has held several community service positions in the capacities of Team Member, Secretary, Vice Chairman, and President. He has upwards of five years of combined experience in management, leadership, and academic research.

Olawale Abiola also received business training and certifications at the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Foundation (TEEF), National Information Technology Development Agency, Google Digital Skills for Africa, Sterling Bank MSME Academy and International Breweries Foundation Entrepreneurship programme. Being open to learning and continuous improvement, Olawale Abiola is passionate about social causes, and writing and is an avid researcher. Some of his works are published while others are in the process.
