Engr. Abubokor Hanip, a remarkably talented entrepreneur and educationist, hails from
Bangladesh and has carved a notable path in the industry through his own efforts. His wealth of experiences has molded him into a skillful individual who firmly believes that dedication and hard work can propel one to the pinnacle of success. Over the past two decades, he has been pioneering innovative skill development models and providing job placement services through PIIT in the USA, Canada, Bangladesh, and beyond.

Engr. Hanip's visionary approach to skill development and job placement is centered around the concept of "A Dynamic Teaching Learning Methodology Enabling Fresh Graduates Starting Career at Mid-Level," which has been acknowledged and published as a chapter in the prestigious book "Advances in Software Engineering, Education, and e-Learning" by Springer.

With a Bachelor's in EEE from CUET and a Master's in Computer Science from NYIT, he has garnered extensive experience working with prominent organizations such as IBM, DoD, IRS, FDIC, and Oracle Corporation. In his pursuit of empowering individuals earning minimum wages, he founded PeopleNTech Institute of Information Technology (PIIT) to offer specialized IT training programs. PIIT holds the distinction of being authorized by both the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia and the New York State Education Department. Since its establishment, the institute has successfully trained and placed over 10,000 trainees in lucrative IT positions, with annual earnings ranging from $100k to $200k. These students encompass diverse backgrounds, including cab drivers, gas station attendants, restaurant waiters, and university graduates.

Moreover, Mr. Hanip stands as a trailblazer as the first Bangladeshi American to own a role-
model university in the USA, known as Washington University of Science and Technology (www.wust.edu), where graduates commence their careers at mid-level positions immediately after graduation.
