Andrew Capper is a recent graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he earned degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship. During his time at Kelley, he was selected for the elite SpineSweat program—ranked the #1 Entrepreneurship Course in America by Inc. Magazine and the #1 Entrepreneurship Experience in the USA by Bloomberg Businessweek—where he co-founded PitchDeck, a startup transforming hygiene and advertising in public restrooms.

At PitchDeck, Andrew is leading innovation in an overlooked space: urinal tray attachments that not only reduce restroom waste and maintenance costs but also serve as eye-catching ad real estate. Under his leadership, the company has partnered with national brands like DUDE Wipes and Anheuser-Busch, launched in top bars across Bloomington, and earned multiple accelerator and competition accolades.

Andrew’s entrepreneurial momentum is grounded in a strong foundation of field-tested sales experience. At PepsiCo, he managed over 120 small-format accounts across North Jersey, building trust with independent business owners through weekly in-person outreach. His efforts led to over $117K in reclaimed revenue from competitors and more than $375K in total YoY revenue in just 10 weeks. This hands-on experience sharpened his skills in relationship-building, persuasion, resilience, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments—traits he now brings to his own ventures.

Andrew is also joining Chexology, a tech company launched 13 years ago by fellow SpineSweat alum Derek Pacqué. Derek’s mentorship and example have been instrumental in guiding PitchDeck’s growth, and Andrew is following in his footsteps to bring his own company to life.

He’s driven by bold thinking, creative problem-solving, and a relentless desire to build things that make people stop and say: “Wait, why doesn’t that already exist?”
