I serve as the Marketing Manager and Business Coach at the WT Enterprise Center, a department of the Paul and Virginia Engler College of Business at West Texas A&M University. With more than 25 years of experience in marketing, advertising, journalism and business development, I support entrepreneurs through coaching and strategic marketing initiatives that help small businesses start, grow and succeed in the Texas Panhandle. I am passionate about equipping founders with the tools they need to reach their goals, providing guidance in branding, communications and leadership development. I believe in building strong entrepreneurial ecosystems and have mentored students, entrepreneurs and emerging leaders, helping them turn their vision into clear action plans that strengthen our communities.

Mentoring Experience
I have more than 25 years of mentoring experience across marketing, journalism and business development. As Marketing Manager and Coach at the WT Enterprise Center, I mentor entrepreneurs, small business owners and student interns, guiding them in marketing strategy, leadership and goal setting. I also served as vice chair for the WTAMU Fine Arts and Humanities Advisory Board, mentoring new board members on effective committee work. Previously, I coached and managed teams in newsroom and restaurant environments, helping team members grow in communication, organization and problem-solving. I focus on listening first, providing clear guidance and empowering others to reach their goals.
