ADEEL DURVESH

Adeel Durvesh is serving as one of the Directors of first entrepreneurship college of Pakistan, with the name of The Pace College for Advanced Studies. It was formed in the year 2020. Apart from the routine academia, the college offers skills course which are free of cost to its students in order to equip them with Life Skills that can make them excel in the world of business.
Adeel is a CEO PARHAOSABAQ, a learning and development organization and an Organizational Development Consultant. Adjunct Faculty in Top Business Schools, Lead Facilitator for Entrepreneurship, Social Change Agent (for UNICEF, UKAID& USAID projects) and Corporate Trainer who have mentored/trained over 70,000 executives in leadership management including critical thinking, problem-solving, change management, effective communication, emotional intelligence customer service excellence and performance excellence.
He has experience of hosting a learning and development radio show “Learning Bite” on FM 88.6 for capacity development. Moreover, Adeel has a strong footprint in the social sector where he has deep knowledge of donor-related projects. He not only has a competency to write grants but also has acquired experience in designing frameworks and monitoring the efficient working of all drafted plans by using his competency to prepare and analyze data-driven reports.
Adeel is also serving as a part-time Grant & Project Reporting consultant to AKU EB for a UNICEF-funded capacity-building project whose grant was also written by Adeel. In addition, he is a consultant to the National Incubation Center, Karachi for assisting startups in Grant writing. Moreover, he is serving as a visiting faculty in top business schools in Karachi teaching research, entrepreneurship, and leadership management courses since 2008. He is a certified trainer, a member of “Training Association of Pakistan” Training Wing, and Lead Facilitator for DICE Program– British Council. He is a seasonal trainer giving sessions on diverse topics ranging from technical to soft skills. The UNICEF funded project M&E frameworks and reporting crafted by Adeel has won international recognition. Also, he won a Best Presenter Award for a research paper presented in Harvard Research Conference held in UAE in Dec 2014. Diversifying his experience towards learning and development, he did many projects for HEC, USAID, UNICEF& UKAID. He is also affiliated with Arts Council of Pakistan academic committee and has been among the panelists of the English Declamation in USAID Karachi Youth Festival since 2014.
