A systems thinker by nature, Ademola’s career began in advanced diagnostics and root-cause failure analysis for major U.S. energy and defense agencies, where he resolved over 300 operational defects in high-stakes power environments. Leveraging this deep technical foundation, he launched SynaFox, an AI-powered platform for infrastructure simulation and optimization, which helps cities and industries repurpose legacy energy assets with predictive intelligence and digital twins.

Ademola is also the founder of Binate SAGE Capital, a global real estate investment firm specializing in high-yield mixed-use developments in Detroit, Mexico, Dubai, and Nigeria. His latest ventures include Miragio, a hospitality and cultural destination blending immersive art, rooftop living, and culinary excellence, and Cyanops, a maritime tech company revolutionizing marine logistics and asset tracking.
