Adimika Meadows Arthur

Adimika Arthur is a visionary and strategic executive with over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry. Her expertise lies in health equity, investments, and disruptive technologies, enabling companies to navigate rapidly evolving markets. Adimika excels in transforming business use cases and forging partnerships in complex regulatory environments, both domestically and globally. She collaborates cross-functionally to foster innovative and customer-responsive solutions that address critical challenges and deliver measurable results. As the founding Executive Director and CEO of Health Tech for Medicaid (HT4M), a national nonprofit organization, Adimika is dedicated to driving innovation in Medicaid and improving the quality, equity, and access to care for vulnerable populations and their communities. HT4M is at the forefront of promoting health and tech equity by facilitating cutting-edge forums and partnerships among entrepreneurs, payers, providers, policymakers, advocates, investors, and the Medicaid community. In addition to her work with HT4M, Adimika has launched Curb Cut Ventures, an initiative that disrupts traditional funding practices in the social sector. With Curb Cut Ventures, she advocates for multi-year, unrestricted funding, capacity building support, and collaborative partnerships to empower social entrepreneurs of color in the health equity space. Through Curb Cut Ventures, Adimika leverages her extensive network and expertise to connect these visionary changemakers with the necessary resources and mentorship to drive meaningful change in underserved communities. Adimika's visionary approach and dedication to social impact have earned her recognition as a thought leader and influencer in the health tech and social entrepreneurship realms. Her commitment to advancing economic mobility, promoting health equity, and driving transformative change is evident in both her work with HT4M and her pioneering initiative, Curb Cut Ventures. Outside of her professional endeavors, Adimika is a devoted mother of two boys and an active community volunteer. She is also a passionate advocate for outdoor accessibility for all, finding solace in exploring hiking trails, maintaining a daily running routine, and immersing herself in diverse cultures through travel. Adimika holds an MPH from the University of Washington, a BS from Clark Atlanta University, and has pursued studies at Boston University School of Medicine. Her holistic approach to healthcare, coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit, positions her as a catalyst for positive change and social impact in the pursuit of health and tech equity.
