Alice Frazier helps leaders fuel growth with strategies that unlock collective wisdom and power to take action, lead and effect change. She is the current CEO for AFA Associates, a business building consultancy providing marketing, engagement and project management services to businesses, non-profits, individuals and groups who wish to expand, grow and have purpose-driven impact.

Through AFA she has connected hundreds of businesses with their ‘right’ audiences to fuel and sustain growth. She has a framework that allows ‘all to get on board, harness creativity and fuel collective achievement.’ For more than fifteen years she has led immersive workshops and mastermind groups for awakening consciousness, new thought and have transformational change. For the past ten plus years she has served as a business capacity builder helping businesses shift so they flourish, thrive and soar.

She has devised award winning marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns to launch new brands and programs to sustain operations locally and globally. She has worked in diverse sectors ranging from automotive to consumer goods to green environmental initiatives and arts & entertainment. Over the past decade she has elevated the capacity of women/minority owned and small businesses, she is a conscious facilitator, certified conflict resolution and mediation, and alum of the Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell University. Additionally, she has been a community voice and volunteer with various organizations to advocate and support endeavors for community engagement, inclusion, equity, affordable housing and well-being. She loves jazz, the performing arts and you will find her advocating for arts education and programming that introduces the next generation to artistic possibilities and endeavors. She is also a frequent speaker, education advocate and facilitator for thought leadership and transformation.

She received her MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and awarded a two-year Johnson and Johnson Leadership Fellow. She also completed her undergraduate work at Northwestern School of Communication with extensive coursework in Industrial Engineering and taught branding at Cincinnati State Technical College. She is a certified facilitator and affiliate for entrepreneurial growth with the Kauffman Foundation, certified in Conscious Leadership Facilitation, Fifth Third Bank Pitch Competition Winner, 2018 Top Achiever Recognition, 2019 Be the Change Foundation Hero and 2020 Pillar Award for Community Service.
