Aimen Degaichia
Aimen Degaichia is a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience and is deeply committed to advancing innovation and inclusion within the startup ecosystem.
He is co-founder and CEO of "EYCONET", the first digital platform fully dedicated to mapping and accelerating the Algerian startup and innovation ecosystem. EYCONET connects startups, investors, incubators, and institutions via a smart web and mobile platform that offers real-time insights, collaboration tools, premium services, and curated events.
Aimen co-founded of "Diversithèque", a digital recruitment platform dedicated to connecting individuals with disabilities to inclusive job opportunities, promoting professional inclusion through technology. He also founded "BasmaTech", Africa and the MENA region’s first virtual startup incubator focused on empowering individuals with disabilities to start their businesses or secure meaningful employment.
As a strategy consultant, Aimen has supported public and private incubators across Algeria, offering expertise in project management, business development, and ecosystem building. He is a passionate mentor, having coached hundreds of aspiring entrepreneurs and represented Algeria at international forums and competitions.
With a vision to foster inclusive innovation and cultivate the next generation of changemakers, Aimen continues to shape the Algerian entrepreneurial landscape through his leadership, expertise, and dedication.
