Adjunct Professor in the Department of Administrative Sciences and Permanent Professor in the Professional Master's Program in Management and Strategy (PPGE) at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ). Collaborating Professor in the Academic Master's Program in Administration at Atitus Educação. Member of the Strategy in Organizations Division (ESO) of the National Association of Graduate Studies in Administration (ANPAD) and Leader of the Strategy and Projects Theme (2020-2024). Ad hoc consultant for the Santa Catarina Research Support Foundation (FAPESC) and the Rio de Janeiro Research Support Foundation (FAPERJ). Member of the Editorial Board of the Journal Humanities Social Sciences Communications (ISSN 2662-9992; SJR 2022 0.71). She participates in two international research networks: (1) Faedpyme Network, which operates the Ibero-American Observatory of MIPyME, bringing together researchers interested in the topic of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, (2) LabSec Innovation of the International Platform for Science, Technology and Innovation in Health (PICTIS), which is a center for research, teaching, innovation, technological development and entrepreneurship in health led by the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz/Brazil) and the University of Aveiro (UA/Portugal). PhD in Administration from the Nove de Julho University with recognition at the University of Lisbon/Portugal (registration no. 120210128573). Master in Administration from the University of Vale do Itajaí. Training in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Institut d Administration des Entreprises de Grenoble/France. Experience in university management, having previously held the positions of Coordinator of the Undergraduate Course in Administration, Coordinator of the Professional Master's Degree in Administration, Manager of the Technological Innovation Center and Administrative Coordinator of the Business Incubator.
