Alfredo Mathew

Alfredo Mathew III is on a mission to make entrepreneurship accessible and worthwhile in every community. An experienced teacher, non-profit leader, and business owner, for the past 25 years he has worked at the intersection of education, workforce, and entrepreneurship. A native New Yorker and Anglo-Rican, he Co-Founded and is a Partner at ESO Ventures Inc, an entrepreneurial support organization focused on providing the confidence, competence, and capital for any Black and Brown person to become an entrepreneur. ESO's big goal is to establish a business every day for the next 10 years creating over $3B in revenue and 60,000 new jobs in underinvested communities. His focus is developing cross-sector partnerships with the public, private and philanthropic sectors to create a more equitable entrepreneurial ecosystem. Business ownership is a matter of the heart, and an economy based on shared prosperity will allow us to heal the planet and ourselves.
