Ali Haddad

Ali Haddad is the Founder and Executive Director of the Jordan Youth Innovation Forum (JYIF), a national non-profit organization he established in 2007 to empower young people across Jordan through innovation, entrepreneurship, and active participation in sustainable development. Under his leadership, JYIF has delivered more than 217 projects benefiting over 50,000 young people, becoming a leading force for youth engagement and economic opportunity in Jordan and the wider region.
A social entrepreneur and innovator with over fifteen years of experience, Haddad has dedicated his career to advancing youth empowerment throughout the Middle East and North Africa. His work spans entrepreneurship, capacity building, and youth policy, and he has led large-scale programmes funded by the European Union, the United Nations, the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, and the Danish and French governments.
Haddad has also served as Vice President of the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum, Country Director of the Danish organization GAME, and is the Founder of Dopa Solutions, an AI-powered social enterprise. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Engineering from the Hashemite University.
