Alimnazar Islamkulov

Professor, Dr. Alimnazar Islamkulov is a scientist, a highly qualified specialist and an experienced leader in the field of finance and public administration. He has deep knowledge in the field of finance, money circulation and credit, which is confirmed by his scientific degrees, many years of experience in prestigious higher educational institutions of the country and active scientific activity.

Professor, Dr. Alimnazar Islamkulov actively represents the scientific achievements of Uzbekistan in the international arena, speaking at such scientific events as the International Conference on the Civil Service Pension System (Korea, 2018), the 46th International Scientific Conference of the Eurasian Scientific Association (Moscow, 2018), as well as the 2nd International Conference on Innovation and Research Trends (ICROIRT-2022).

Recognition of his scientific authority is his active work in the editorial boards of international scientific journals. Currently, he is an editor and a member of the editorial boards of leading international scientific journals, which confirms his high professional level and recognition in the scientific community, in particular:

Editor-in-Chief of the IFR Journal of Economics and Business Management (2024);

Member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Intellectual Heritage and Modernity (2024);

Editor-in-Chief of the Indian Journal of Economics and Finance (IJEF) (since 2021).

Professor, Alimnazar Islamkulov, now Director of the Transformation Center of the Tashkent State University of Economics, is a Doctor of Economics and has more than 100 scientific publications. 

Professor, Dr. Alimnazar Islamkulov successfully combines scientific and educational activities with administrative work. As Director of the Transformation Center of Tashkent State University of Economics, he is engaged in the modernization of educational programs and the integration of the university into international rankings.

His managerial talent is manifested in the organization and implementation of scientific projects, attracting grants and developing strategic directions for the development of universities. He successfully coordinates the process of accreditation of educational programs, which contributes to improving the quality of higher education in Uzbekistan.

• He is the organizer and coordinator of a number of international projects aimed at the development of financial education, including:

• Grant for the creation of a scoring model for assessing the creditworthiness of companies (2019-2022);

• Grant to improve the mechanisms of medium-term financial planning of the state budget (2018-2020).

Professor, Dr. Alimnazar Islamkulov has a professional certificate PRINCE 2.
