Bio
Allison is an entrepreneur and social enterprise enthusiast that likes a challenge and a good adventure. In 2017 she joined UNICEF Lebanon as an Innovation & Mentorship Specialist where she works with local NGOs to deliver entrepreneurship programmes for refugee youth in Lebanon. Most recently, she's been piloting mentorship programmes for youth-led start-ups and thinking of ways to ensure Mentors and teams develop valuable relationships, and is continuously exploring ways to mentor marginalized, young entrepreneurs at scale.
