Amadou S. Tall

Amadou S. Tall is a passionate entrepreneur and ecosystem builder from Guinea, dedicated to empowering youth through innovation, education, and digital transformation. He is the Co-Founder and Manager of Nimba SMS, a telecommunications startup that leverages mobile technologies to drive inclusive solutions and improve access to digital services in West Africa.
With a strong foundation in business administration and strategic marketing, Amadou combines his leadership skills with deep community engagement. He is an Advisory Board Member at Owari Business, an EdTech company revolutionizing education and entrepreneurship across Africa, and a Co-Organizer of LinkedIn Connect Africa, a continental initiative aimed at strengthening youth professional networks through digital tools.
Amadou is also actively involved with Guinée Alliance Startup, the national association of startups in Guinea. Through this platform, he collaborates closely with key stakeholders to strengthen the startup ecosystem, promote innovation, and influence policy reforms that benefit young entrepreneurs and early-stage ventures.
Beyond startups, Amadou is a recognized youth empowerment advocate, currently serving as a Generation Connect Youth Envoy for the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), where he works to ensure youth voices shape the future of digital development. He is also the Founder & Chapter Coordinator of the Guinean Youth Biodiversity Network (GYBN), mobilizing young leaders around environmental conservation and sustainability.
He has actively contributed to global dialogues as a speaker and delegate, including at COP27 and COP28, the Youth Connect Africa Summit, the World Youth Forum, the Conference of Paris at the OECD, and the ITU Global Youth Forum—highlighting youth-led innovation and digital inclusion.
Amadou is also a published author of two poetry books, using storytelling as a tool to inspire and mobilize. His work reflects a deep commitment to building a sustainable and digitally inclusive Africa through entrepreneurship, innovation, and youth-led change.
