After graduation from university in Management I started to work in a governmental bank, three years working as a simple teller passed and I found hyperinflation is making me a poor, I left bank and obscurity was my destiny. I have never wanted to be an entrepreneur because I found it as a buzz in my society, What I saw in behavior of those who were motivating for entrepreneurship was a kind of business rather than help, a kind of management consultancy business etc. When I found there is no job for me, fear of poverty pushed me to do something, Entrepreneurship was the only choice and an obligation. I went to Russia as an economics student in HSE university to find some opportunities, I was succeed to gather an international team to establish a startup in chef industry and my idea could win in the university incubator, But it was a lose because the idea could satisfy others but not myself!! It has never satisficed me because my big thoughts to have a conglomerate was a halt to the process. Engineering was business for me and engineers were dominant people in my confused mind. I dropped out from university and left Russia to homeland. I knew I should start from scratch and it is impossible to have a huge company like TATA or 3M at the beginning but my efforts were useless in my view. It was really a disappointing time and couldn't satisfy me. After months working with my father in our small shop by reading the article of Wikipedia about Superclass book by David Rothkopf I found only one in million in our world can become Bill Gates, Rockefeller or Warren Buffet, It really made me relaxed because my eagerness to become a business magnate disappeared and I found SME sector more suitable. I decided to execute an idea with my brother and one of our teammates in our soccer team in food industry. No one in Iran has never thought about the idea so far and its unique idea in entrepreneurship ecosystem of my country. Its at the beginning stages and we are getting licenses. Beside our food business our teams are active in different sectors like Investment, Construction and IT and sometimes I help them in my free time. May be we could reach my conglomerate dream one day :))
