Sou Graduada em Administração pela Unuasselvi e Pedagogia em Pedagogia pela Unimontes e também sou Técnica em Transações Imobiliárias e formada em Análise Comportamental.
Atualmente, trabalho como Assistente no Sebrae MG, atendendo a Micro Região da Serra Geral apoiando e impulsionando o empreenderismo local e regional.
Possuo mais de 10 anos de experiência nas áreas administrativa e comercial. Durante minha trajetória, atuei por 4 anos como Gerente de Recursos Humanos e 1 por ano como Analista de RH. Também fui Gerente Geral no setor de hotelaria, liderando operações em uma rede de hotéis.
Tenho ampla experiência em atendimento ao público, vendas, gestão de pessoas, recrutamento e seleção, administração de benefícios, análise de perfil comportamental, treinamento e desenvolvimento de empresas.
