Saurabh Lele

My partner Shreyas has been friends for almost 16 years. We studied together back in India and moved to Canada together in 2013. We both have studied Culinary and hospitality management from India and here in Canada. It was our collective dream to open our own restaurant either in India or in Canada, a restaurant dedicated to friendship, hard-work and for dreaming. We are really passionate about cooking and love customer service. And we knew that opening up a business from nothing will be really challenging but at the same time it would give us a great pride and joy to own something of our own. It's just that two young guys from completely different parts of the world came together and dreamed of starting something from scratch and actually doing it. We decided to open a restaurant in Jasper as we moved to Jasper in 2015 and since then fell in love with this place. Not just mountains and lakes but the local community made us call this place a Home, and which better place to open your first restaurant at your second home. We faced many difficulties but we supported each other to hard times and made ourselves through. Our plans did work through, our restaurant Andaaz is now regarded as one of the favorites over here in Jasper and tourists travelling from all over the world.
We are again facing problem as for this wildfires but we are sure we will go through this difficult times as well.
