Andrew Walker II

I’m a faith-based entrepreneur committed to expanding God’s kingdom through business. I build companies that solve real problems in underserved communities — from housing insecurity to job creation — while operating with integrity, discipline, and generational vision.

In 2019, I founded The Heartland Builders and grew it from startup to $3.2M in annual revenue, successfully completing over 300 construction projects before selling my 50% stake in 2023 to pursue purpose-driven real estate full-time.

I then launched Cours Capital, a real estate development firm focused on affordable, workforce, and supportive housing. Since founding in 2023, we’ve been awarded or supported over $65 million in housing developments, including:
• A $15.8M LIHTC-supported permanent supportive housing project (as lead developer)
• Multiple owner’s rep roles on major projects funded through HOME and tax credits
• Development of community spaces focused on workforce training, financial literacy, and food security

I also lead Onit Construction Services, a growing general contracting and cleaning firm projected to generate $1.5M–$2M in 2025 revenue, with a $30M+ bidding pipeline. Onit is being positioned to serve as the GC of record for future Cours Capital developments.

I hold a Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) certification, an Aging in Place Certification, and completed the 2024 Supportive Housing Institute hosted by IHCDA and CSH.
