Andrew Pairman

Andrew Pairman is the Deputy Chair of the NCB Foundation and chairs its Strategic Development Committee. A passionate advocate for entrepreneurship and community development, Andrew brings extensive experience in business leadership, philanthropy, and digital innovation to his role.
As the founder and CEO of Intelligent Multimedia Limited, he has built Jamaica's largest Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) network, earning global recognition and multiple industry awards. His entrepreneurial reach also extends to the Anbell Group, which operates successful ventures across telecommunications and media.
Andrew’s commitment to social responsibility is reflected in his work as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategist and as the Founding President of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Jamaica (YEA)—an organization dedicated to empowering young entrepreneurs and helping to grow and sustain youth-led businesses across the country.
He is also an accredited angel investor with the Development Bank of Jamaica and specializes in early-stage venture capital. As a member of First Angels Caribbean, he supports high-potential entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses and achieving long-term success.
Andrew holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from the University of the West Indies. He also completed the Wharton Executive Program on Venture Capital.
Through the NCB Foundation, Andrew continues to champion sustainable development, digital inclusion, and meaningful change in Jamaican communities.
